NudeCoser.com acquires content from third-party suppliers and does not intend to act as the primary or secondary producer of that content. NudeCoser.com is a photo/video sharing website that allows for the uploading, sharing, and general viewing of various types of adult content and while NudeCoser.com makes every effort to verify compliance, it may not be 100% accurate.
For records required under 18 U.S.C. §§2257 or 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, inquiries should be directed to the applicable original producer or records custodian identified in the content’s producer statement. Supplier compliance procedures
Before accepting applicable adult content, NudeCoser requires each third-party supplier to represent and certify that:
- every depicted performer was at least 18 years old when the content was created;
- the supplier has verified each performer’s identity and age as required by applicable law;
- every depicted performer provided the legally required consent and releases;
- the supplier possesses the rights and authority necessary to license the content for display and sale;
- the legally required performer records are maintained by the applicable producer or custodian; and
- the supplier will provide producer and records-location information when required.
NudeCoser.com may request supporting licenses, releases, age-verification confirmation, consent documentation, and producer-record information. Content may be rejected, disabled, or removed when required documentation is missing, inconsistent, or reasonably disputed.
Reporting prohibited or unlawful content
NudeCoser prohibits content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate imagery, trafficking, coercion, sexual violence, hidden-camera material, copyright infringement, or other unlawful exploitation.
To report suspected illegal, nonconsensual, harmful, or otherwise prohibited content, email [email protected] with the page URL and reason for the report. Credible reports will be prioritized and the affected content may be removed or disabled promptly while the matter is reviewed. Suspected child sexual abuse material will be handled and reported as required by law.
